How to do:
- Chill your glass in the freezer or fill it with ice to prepare.
- Add 50ml of Altos Plata tequila, 15ml of agave syrup, and 25ml of freshly squeezed lime juice to your cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of your chilled glass, then dip it in salt to coat. Wipe any excess salt with a napkin to keep it tidy.
