The Altos Hot Lime Terms and Conditions

1.     Eligibility:

1.1 The promotion is open to residents of London, Manchester, and Glasgow, aged 18 years or above.
1.2 Employees of Pernod Ricard UK Limited (“PRUK”), The Robin Collective Ltd, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the
promotion.

2.     Promotion Period and Locations:

2.1 The promotion will run on July 21, 2023, from 5:00 PM (GMT) to midnight (GMT), and again on July 22, 2023, from 12:00 PM (GMT) to midnight (GMT).
2.2 Locations include Manchester – Castlefield (Central), Levenshulme and Charlton, Glasgow – West End, Hillhead (NW) and Dennistoun (NE), London –
boroughs of Islington, Hackney and Camden.

3.     Promotion Details:

3.1 To participate in the promotion, customers must call the hotline number 08004647041 and place an order for a pack of 6 limes to be delivered to their
door.
3.2 Each customer is limited to one free pack of limes per order.
3.3 Orders will only be accepted for delivery within the designated locations of London, Manchester, and Glasgow.

4.     Order Placement and Delivery:

4.1 Orders must be placed over the phone by calling the hotline number provided.
4.2 Customers must provide accurate delivery address details during the order placement.
4.3 Delivery of the lime packs will be made to the provided address during the Promotion Period.
4.4 The Robin Collective Ltd and PRUK will not be responsible for any delivery delays or failures that are beyond their control.
4.5 Customers may be asked to verify their date of birth by the delivery drive.

5.     Pricing and Payments:

5.1 The lime packs offered in this promotion are free of charge.
5.2 No payment is required for the lime packs.

6.     Promotion Administration:

6.1 The promotion will be run by The Robin Collective Ltd, located at Studio 8, 5 Empson Street, Cornelius Drebbel House, London, E3 3LT, United Kingdom on
behalf of PRUK.
6.2 For any queries or concerns regarding the promotion, customers can contact The Robin Collective Ltd at +44 (0)207 018 1211 during regular business hours.
6.3 The Robin Collective Ltd will collect and process personal data for the purposes of delivering limes to customers and will do so in accordance with data
protection legislation, including but not limited to GDPR. Following the Promotion Period, The Robin Collective Ltd will delete customers’ personal data.

7.     Liability:

7.1 PRUK and The Robin Collective Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by participation in the promotion or the use of the lime packs.
7.2 By participating in the promotion, customers agree to release PRUK and The Robin Collective Ltd from any liability arising from the promotion.

8.     General:

8.1 PRUK and The Robin Collective Ltd reserve the right to amend or cancel the promotion or any part thereof without prior notice.
8.2 The promotion is subject to availability, while stocks last.
8.3 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England.
8.4 Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
