The recipe for this dish only has four steps: 1. Peel the potatoes and boil them in hot water for 15 minutes and soak them in cold water. 2. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. 3. In a frying pan fry the chorizo with little oil and crush it. Fry until crispy. 4. Add the potato cubes and fry them. Finally, salt. To accompany them you can prepare Mexican Salsa Verde, Guacamole or Salsa Roja. This way, you will also give the dish a little more color.
