Ingredients
30gr of fresh blueberries
1 lime's juice
1 teaspoon of agave nectar
3 ounces tequila (añejo or reposado)
½ ounce triple sec
Ice
Salt

Method

Combine the blueberries and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until the sugar dissolves and the berries soften, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Strain out the blueberries using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Combine 1 cup tequila, blueberries, agave nectar and lime juice and the triple sec in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds, until chilled through. Pour all the ingredientes into glasses filled with ice cubes, then top off with soda water or club soda—whatever you prefer! Add a few berries on top of each drink as garnish, along with lime slices if desired. Enjoy!
